First wind, now rain. In case you haven't heard, the 78704 Artist Market this Saturday has been canceled due to rain. That makes my second failed attempt at my first market!! Sad face. Instead I'll have to catch up on housework. But...I guess I can do an update to my etsy shop as well ;) Perhaps some headbands are in order? And maybe a drawing or half a dozen? Whatta ya say?
In other news, I'm going on a field trip with my preschool class today. It's to a strawberry farm!!!!!! :D I get to pick fresh strawberries! Well, I will if it's not rained out. *warning glance at sky*
Oh rain, you know I can't stay mad at you!! What can I say? You are lovely ♥
oh! i am trying to get into my first market too, but i keep missing deadlines! DOH! always a minute too late. good luck when you finally get there i'm sure you will later this season :D
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous!!! I want to pick strawberries! I didn't realize you could do that in Texas (although I should've ... given the strawberry festival). I've missed out on so many spectacular picking opportunities.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about your market. You'll get there!
Sad face indeed!!!! It will work out soon enough! Silly Texas weather!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAw, what a bummer! I'm sorry. The strawberry picking sounds fun though!
ReplyDeleteBummer again!!! Well, now you have time to make more fun stuff for the market next month! :) Normally I like rain but now I'm just mad at it. Where is the strawberry farm? A friend of mine went to one last weekend and I thought that would be such a fun thing to do. Another adventure for my blog perhaps. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'll be watching the shop for the headbands. I might want to buy some. I have been working on some felt flower headbands that I will be posting sometime hopefully soon.
Thanks, ladies! I did at least get to go for a nice walk in the rain this morning :)
ReplyDeleteSweetberry farms is in Marble Falls - you should check it out :)
